When on Skye take the A87 to Broadford then the B8083 for Elgol. The single track B8083 affords beautiful views of the Cuillin and takes approximately 45 minutes by car.

Free car parking is available at Elgol Jetty.

Look out for the Bella Jane Boat Trips & AquaXplore information sign, on your right at the car park 200 metres before the Elgol jetty and also fixed to the wall at the top left of the jetty itself.

Our blue booking office is near to the top of the jetty.

Driving times to Elgol (guidance only)
From Broadford usually takes 35 - 45 minutes.
From Portree approx 1¼ to 1½ hrs.
From Skye Bridge approx 1 hr.
From Kylerhea Ferry approx 1¼ hrs
From Armadale Ferry approx 1¼ hrs
From Dunvegan approx 2 hrs
From Staffin approx 2 hrs

Public transport to Elgol
Rapsons bus (no. 49).

This runs Monday to Saturday but this is a limited service which enables you to get to us for the 12.15 Bella Jane sailing or the AquaXplore afternoon trips. This bus leaves Broadford at the Post Office at 10.50 am and gets into Elgol for 11.35 am.

Buses back to Broadford in the afternoon leave Elgol at 2.30pm and 4.30pm and this service does not run on Saturday.

Please note there are NO bus services at all on a Sunday and the postbus service no longer runs.
