6th May 2008: first Basking Shark and Minke Whales sighted! A little earlier than usual but great to see... Also we encountered 9 bottlenose dolphins this week between Soay / Canna. Puffins now nesting on Canna and also sea and golden eagles and of course seals and many types of seabirds...
